For “Stock” items within the UK these would normally be dispatched within 7days.
However, for most orders these are piece of work that will be produced exclusively for you “Bespoke”, these are not a “Stock” item and as such has a bearing on production and delivery timings. Please refer to the specification along side the image/product as to the type of order that applies.
From a paid order we aim to produce and despatch your “Bespoke” purchase within 30days. Once dispatched, the UK delivery service used will be either next day or two days for delivery, dependent on the service used and location within the UK. We will advise you as to a goods arrival date as soon as this information becomes available to us.
For “Special Delivery” purchases we will advise you as to the delivery arrangements and timings.
For all “Oversea” deliveries these may take longer from dispatch, as it is dependent on the service used and the location. We will advise you as to the goods arrival date as soon as this information becomes available to us.
For all Digital Image purchases these will be emailed to you at no delivery cost.
For UK Small/Medium/Large packages we use the Royal Mail / Parcelforce 1st Class “Signed For” service or similar.
For UK Larger size packages we use delivery services such as Parcel Force, TNT, DHL or similar, and will advise you of a tracking reference once booked in with any of these carriers.
For UK very Large items we will make “Special Delivery” arrangements which may included dedicated van delivery or pallet services dependant on size and location. We will advise you as to cost, delivery arrangements and timings etc.
For all OVERSEAS deliveries we use the Royal Mail / Parcelforce 1st Class “Signed For” service or similar for Small and Medium size deliveries. For all Large items these will be “Special Deliveries” that we will advise you as to cost, delivery arrangements and timings etc.

Please note that the information you provide to us for delivery will be passed on to all delivery service providers who may use this information to contact you directly.
We take great care to ensure your goods arrive to you in first class condition. We aim to package and protect all goods to withstand the delivery process. If for any reason the packaging has been damaged during delivery which has affected the condition of the goods within, please contact as soon as possible. An email with some photos would be most useful.
The cost of delivery for your goods will be displayed at the point of placing an order. There may be options available for the type of service and delivery time scale which will be reflected in the price being charged. These will all be set fixed charges that will be added to your order invoice. There is no free customer collection facility available at this time.
If the only option available in the delivery selections is “Special Delivery” there will be no charge displayed and none added to your order invoice, thus excludes any delivery service from your purchase. We will however advise and invoice you separately for the type of “Special Delivery” required to deliver the goods to you. We would advise that before placing you order where ‘’Special Delivery” is shown that you contact us requesting a quotation before placing any orders. This will ensure you are fully aware of delivery costs before proceeding with a purchase.

All goods dispatched by us are Insured with the given delivery service provider. This insurance is for our own business protection and customers are not entitled use or claim against it. If customers wish to insure the goods, they should make their own separate arrangements.

Understanding the Process
Once you have placed an order and made payment this activates the following eight step processes which is undertaken by us.
Step One – we access the selected print file and prepare the image for print against the chosen specification, size and edit as required and add any adjustments for framing and mounts etc. We embed any required ICC Profile into the print file adjusting the image accordingly to best match required output on the chosen paper type.
Step Two – we upload the prepared print file to our chosen print production provider along with an output specification which may included additional works such as framing etc.
Step Three – the production work takes place.
Step Four – the completed work is forwarded to us by our print production provider.
Step Five – on receipt of the work we inspect to ensure the required specification and quality standards have been met. We will catalogue / recorder the work / owner and prepare certificates and labelling etc as required.
Boxed sets are prepared if part of an order.
Step Six – the work is protected and packaged ready for dispatch. The chosen delivery methods and service providers are arranged and booked in.
Step Seven – your work is dispatched, leaves us and is on its way to you.
Step Eight – delivery is made to you and the order is now completed.

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons acting on your behalf who access our site are aware of these terms and conditions of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
